Record Labels and Night Clubs In Nigeria Are Fronts For Yahoo Yahoo - Noble Igwe

Fashion enthusiast, Noble Igwe has advised the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to look into night clubs along certain streets in Lagos cos he believes they serve as fronts for money laundering. He also mentioned record labels, car and property selling businesses as 419 ventures.

His claims which he made via social media came just few hours after EFCC raided some night clubs and arrested 12 suspects with 10 cars recovered. The commission made the news known via its Twitter handle.

“Operatives of the EFCC early this morning raided Club 57 in Ikoyi, acting on intelligence report of activities of suspected Internet fraudsters,” the EFCC said in a tweet.

“While some abandoned their exotic cars to evade arrest, some others resisted. 12 suspects were arrested, with 10 cars recovered.”

Reacting to the news, Noble Igwe tweeted:

”People steal and then turn around to blame the government for making them criminals. Anyone that defends a criminal is a criminal and while we have a list for people advocating rape culture,we should also have one for such people”.

”An armed robber is an armed robber. You are a thief armed with a computer”.

”Armed robbers on instagram are regarded as G boys but in reality,their’s a different type of stealing”.

”Online stores and stores on Admiralty/Fola Osibo are used for money laundering”.

”EFCC needs to have a waiter stationed at every club within Lekki & VI. After last night,club owners are going to record low sales and Uber drivers will be busy tonight”.

Africans. Wake up and think. What is more criminal than those foreign countries that allows u to keep your ill gotten money in their country and use it to developed their country while your people suffered and died in object poverty.  They are exploiting us while u were here chasing shadow by going after those G guys who were trying to recover just a little
 those whites have taken from us during colonial era and till date. At least those G guys are contributing some part in our economy cuz those hotels and night clubs they use to squander their money pays heavy tax to the government.  Be wise Africans.
