HUH! N86m Budgeted For President Buhari's Haircut in Year, See Reactions

An Abuja-based owner of Hilton Clean Barbers identified as Alfred Umoh, has taken to the social media platform, Facebook to send an interesting proposition to President Muhamamdu Buhari.

Writing on his Facebook page, the young man said that rather than the president spend the budgeted N86million on haircuts, he is willing to give him free hair cuts for the whole year.

He wrote
,”Att #ThePresidency The Management of HILTONCLEAN BARBERS, a classy barbing saloon in Abuja hereby offer to give the President of the federal republic of Nigeria President Muhamedu Buhari a free one year hair cut and treatment.. This is to help the federal government to save N86 millions budgeted for the President’s haircut in the 2018 appropriation act.

“The money should rather be use to build 2 primary health care centers in my State of AkwaIbom and 1 here in Abuja at the cost of N28 million each.. My little way of helping the Government…This government seriously need help.”

All we are saying is simple, billion for hair is no problem but we need proper representation outside the shores of Nigeria, Kenya is corrupt but the president can justify his corrupt practice with good speech and answer journalists well
