With the continuous voter's registration likely to end in August, Nigerian model and reality TV actress, Chika Lann, who went viral on the internet after she revealed that her hairstyle costs a whopping N40million, came out boldly Wednesday at Balogun market, in Lagos to encourage voters to go and get their PVCs.
