A Chinese businessman has been arrested in Kenya after a video of him calling Kenyans and President Uhuru a monkey was widely shared on social media. The Chinese national, identified as Liu Jiaqi, has been arrested and is being processed for deportation, said Kenya’s immigration department.

He was caught on camera hurling insults at a Kenyan employee and threatening to sack him when he returns back to china
According to an employee of the company, the incident happened after a business trip to Machakos went wrong.
This comes a month after the Standard exposed racism at The Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) where Kenyans were not allowed to eat or share sitting tables and office vans.
