A White lady this morning, rescued a mentally ill woman who was dumped by a refuse site at Artillery in Port Harcourt area of Rivers State.

Instagram user @femoch who shared the story,  further revealed that the white lady bought the mentally ill woman food and also arranged for an ambulance to convey her to hospital for medical attention.
