Famous Zamfara twin sisters who were kidnapped a month ago by unknown gunmen have regained their freedom. The twins’ uncle, Hamza Dauran, who confirmed their release, said they have just been reunited with their two brothers and are on their way to an undisclosed location in Gusau.



The teenagers were kidnapped in October while they were visiting their sister in Dauran village in Zurmi local government area of Zamfara in preparation for their weddings slated for December. Their abductors had threatened to kill the sisters if their ransom demand of N15Million was not promptly met.
