No that's not possible NDIGBO  must wait for Biafran sovereignty before they can win any top political position in Nigeria.  Obi should continue to sponsor his brother Nnamdi Kanu for his biafra and forget about VP  position in the forthcoming election.
After all election is supposed to hold in south/east and south/south zones.
