The young man, okorogheye Orisheneye David that was celebrated because he made the Best School Certificate Result and one of the best JAMB Scores in Nigeria has been rejected by UNILAG because he is below 16 years.

Is this for real??what's the source of this news pls because I'm not sure there's any law stating that a student must be 16 before he can be admitted into university...so source??
