Here’s the viral video that triggered Nigerians to demand the registration of Nigerian Ambassador to USA, 84-year old Sylvanus Nsofor.

In the video Nsofor was seen fidgeting as he walked with the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele at an event in Washington DC.
