Between Tonto Dikeh And A Guy Who Insulted Her Then Came Back Online To Beg For Money

So this Tonto Dikeh's fan insulted her on blogs but went under her comment section to beg her for money and she gave him. But that did not stop her from calling him out so his colleagues can learn.  
He begged her for "small money" but she sent him 50,000 naira . How kind?!
