Sincerely this is very untrue, an uncalled for..u dont know what goes on in d delivery room, just because they dont record with camera nd post doesn't mean they r not doing great..this procedure is done almost every now nd then by Nigerian doctors and nurses...we have quacks, yes, but still we have a lot of very good nd dedicated ones too..
