#FreeSowore Trends As Buhari Orders DSS To Arrest Omoyele Sowore

Omoyele Sowore has reportedly been arrested in the early hours of today by men of the DSS who stormed his residence and immediately seized his phone and other communication gadgets. It will be recalled that Sowore contested for the 2019 presidential elections under the banner of AAC but failed to make any impact in the election as he did not make it to the final top 5, but that has not deterred his activism spirit as he is now back few months after the election to stir a "new revolution".

What is worrying is that Mr. Sowore had a private meeting with BIAFRA leader, Nnamdi Kanu who has also jumped bail to flee Nigeria in 2018 before coming back to Nigeria for the new revolution that he is leading now, we do not have any statement from the DSS regarding Sowore's arrest yet but we expect to hear something from them soon. The public reaction to the arrest has been overwhelming as people are now saying the arrest re-validates Sowore's claims that  the government are not right for Nigeria and that a revolution is needed to set Nigeria free.
