reports coming out of Aso rock villa reveals that President Muhammadu Buhari will swear in the New minister appointed and give them their various portfolios on August 21st, we could recollect that the nominated ministers were last week screened by the senate in what happens to be a marathon exercise which took the senators a week to conclude because of the large number of the ministers.
