It is not "has", It is Have. I thought she should use has initially, but the verb have is plural and it is referring to skills. "Has" would have been the right verb if she says "has my dancing skill improved?"

She’s referring to a singular subject (herself). Therefore it should be “has” not “have”. Have refers to plural subjects.

I don't need to argue with anyone about her syntax use, but have is the proper verb, and it is referring to the word "skills."

Bros take it easy O!English is not our language,so don't feel ashamed of yourself for trying to "wrong" the "right English".It's not perculiar to only you sha, majority of Nigerians on social media do not know how to use words like "has","have","they","there","their","no","know","cause","curse","course" etc.
