Arrested Port-Harcourt Serial Killer, Gracious David West Gives Full Confession (WATCH)

The serial killer suspected of killing young women in hotels in Port-harcourt has been arrested after a CCTV Footage went viral online.

Taking to twitter, the Nigerian Police wrote ;

The notorious serial killer, Gracious David West was today September 19, 2019 arrested by the Police in Rivers State.

The 26-year old killer from Buguma LGA of Rivers State, who is also a member of the Degbam cult group was arrested along East-West Road enroute to Uyo from Port Harcourt. He has since made useful statements to the Police.

Investigation is on with a view to ascertaining his motives and possible accomplices. The Commissioner of Police Rivers State, CP Mustapha Dandaura will be briefing the media on this significant Police breakthrough tomorrow, September 20, 2019.

This is how easy it works when you have effective security infrastructure installed in strategic places around the country .The cost of a unit of a CCTV camera is way less cost than deploying security personal mounting surveillance to apprehend a suspect .I hope the government will invest little more in security surveillance low cost equipments around the country .
