love fades because it starts out more on the passionate side....compassion never fades...but that passion when u first met does fade because u can't recreate that moment all the time....

Love never fade. What a lot of us confuse with is caring. When an individual truly care for another he/she will show it immensely. After the individual starts to understand the partner and then realized that it is not a match make in heaven then the caring stops but the love doesn't because if something happen to the individual he/she will be there helping out. That is love which we call care. So once we know the difference then we will see that LOVE never fade it just the caring stop.
