Who is giving and who is collecting
A policeman was caught on camera receiving a bribe from a motorist. The eyewitness who sent in the photographs said it was a usual practice by policemen.

This is not a new thing even right in front of Area K, you see them collecting money and from Agbara to Muwo along Badagry road, there about 20 road blocks.
