National ID Card Renewal To Cost N3,000 & Replacement to costs N5,000 - NIMC Discloses

The National Identity Management Commission, has announced the renewal of the National Identity Card will cost three thousand naira (N3,000) payable through remita. And replacement, if lost or damaged will costs five thousand naira (N5,000).

This was disclosed by its twitter handle (@nimc_ng).

NIMC also said that applicants who wish to renew their card can visit any NIMC office with the required documents to obtain their card.

Mine has never been issue for the past 4 yrs and now they’re telling us to pay for renewal and re-issues  Roll Eyes
