BUSTED! Woman Conceals 15 Bricks Of Cannabis in Fake Baby Bump (Photos)

Police in Argentina have arrested a woman for allegedly trying to smuggle four kilos of drugs in a false baby bump.

Officers discovered she was faking her pregnancy after finding a man she was travelling with on a long-distance coach was carrying a small amount of marijuana in a black bag.

The pair were arrested at a police checkpoint in an area known as Valle de Uco near Mendoza close to Argentina's border with Chile.

The coach was heading to the Patagonian city of Santa Oliva.

The drugs the unnamed woman were carrying, also confirmed as cannabis, were in 15 bricks which were being held together with a starch-based paste, shaped like a baby bump.

Argentina's Minister for Security Patricia Bullrich tweeted photos of the bust, saying: 'She made a belly out of paste, hid 15 cannabis bricks inside it and faked a pregnancy before trying to take it from Mendoza to Santa Cruz.

At a police control the pretend mum-to-be and her accomplice were arrested. This is how she tried to smuggle the drugs.'

A police spokesman confirmed: 'Two Argentinian nationals have been arrested after they were caught smuggling drugs.

'Officers discovered a passenger was carrying two cannabis bricks in a black bag.

'A young woman was beside him who appeared to be pregnant. She was asked to leave the vehicle and it was confirmed she was also carrying drugs but no baby inside her.'

In June 2015 a woman was arrested at El Dorado airport in Colombia's capital Bogota after one and a half kilos of liquid cocaine stuffed inside two tied-up latex gloves was discovered inside her Bosom s.

Local reports at the time said 22-year-old Honduran Paola Deyanira Sabillon had confessed to an 'unknown substance' being implanted inside her before she was ordered to transport it to Barcelona.

Canadian Tabitha Leah Ritchie, then 28, was stopped at the same airport in September 2013 while trying to board an Air Canada flight to Toronto with two kilos of cocaine in a false belly made of latex taped to her body.

Oh, that's a very old trick)) Everyone already knows about it. People usually are thinking that customs is stupid)) They know all special methods, you must be genial and a very good actor and there is a very small chance to pass successfully. I know that this is a good way to make really a big sum of monye. But I consider that it'd be much better to work legally and to be low-abiding citizen.
