Rapper Jude Abaga popularly known as MI has revealed why he couldn’t speak against internet fraud when he met some internet fraudsters during his tour in Abeokuta, Ogun State recently.

The rapper said he stopped his performance to have a little chat with some of the fans about voting but to his surprise the crowed of over five thousand had resolved to internet fraud and prefer not to vote during election.

Quote
“I was on stage this year performing to like four thousand guys and I was talking about voting and at some point one of the guys picked up the microphone and said MI we no go vote, I asked why, he replied; we be yahoo boys we no go vote. When he said so I thought he was talking about him and his guys but the whole crowed yelled in support so I was stuck and at that moment I no fit say Yahoo dey bad so I dey try code wetyn I go talk”

“I now said what I have seen is that with Yahoo no be everybody go make am. Out of the five thousand people here even if na ten make am the remaining four thousand nine hundred and ninety of us how do we figure it out. The guy was just looking at me and said something that touched me to my heart he said wetyn you dey talk na because you don make am, paid you to be here, after you show you go enter car you go dey go house but all of us here no get anything.”

MI however urged influential Nigerians to start thinking together, to come up with ideas and work together and make Nigeria work.
