Muslim man calls out Deputy Governor of Kaduna state, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe for not 'covering her chest enough'

Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, received an Islamic Scholar fully covered in native attire and a veil across her chest. But a Muslim man felt her chest was not well covered and he criticized her for it.
