Allen Onyema, the chairman of Air Peace, was recently indicted by the United States Department of Justice for fraud and money laundering. The airline’s Chief of Administration and Finance, Ejiroghene Eghagha, was also charged with bank fraud.⁣

Although Allen and Eghagha both insist they are innocent, here is a summary of the DOJ’s indictment.⁣
