Imo state former Governor, Senator Rochas Okorocha called on other lawmakers to rise to the occasion of high level of illiteracy in Nigeria. In his view, he revealed that level of illiteracy in Northern part of the country is having adverse effect on the other parts of the country.
He further stated that very soon Nigeria will have illiterate lawmakers, if the problem is not tackled head on.

Oga statue, illiteracy is part of our problem, but not the main problem!. Corruption is our main problem!. Creat jobs for the youths. Stop looting our treasures. Security and ethical standards. That's just what we need. No more, no less.
