Man accused of enticing married woman

The police yesterday arraigned a 47-year-old man before an Abuja Magistrate Court for allegedly enticing a married woman and cheating her.Malam Sani Abubakar from Taraba State was accused of committing offences punishable under Section 389 and 322 of the Penal Code.

Prosecutor Joseph Onwu informed the court that on June 30, one Alhaji Tafida Mafuidi of House 19,  Queen Elizebath street,  Asokoro, reported to the police in April that his wife Hajiya Mariam Tafida disappeared from their matrimonial home to an unknown destination and was later discovered to have been enticed by the accused.

When the charges were read to the accused, he  pleaded not guilty and requested for bail.

Magistrate Ahmed Usman Shuaibu granted the accused bail in the sum of N100,000 with one surety, and adjourned the case to August 26 for hearing.

criminal issues should have been dealt with,
but they are talking of a woman who followed her boyfriend
saying he enticed her,
madam should tell oga the truth

How did he manage to entice a grown ass woman into leaving her matrimonial home, and then be arrested and later bailed?
Am I missing something here?
