i think women make better boss because most of the male bosses in different office today are being controlled right from home by their wife some foolish men can go to any lent all in the name of trying to satisfy women but women in thir owm side they are allways influential and most of them are extremist they can manipulate man to do their wish that is why you see them succesful in any office they are by dada olusola james

To me i prefer a woman than a man to avoid distraction in a man side.

I think it depends on the individual. A good boss can be a man or a woman.
It all depends on how he/she relates to people.
