I think its a complicated one here. The little boy may have been pushed to the wall by his grandmother, she might have been maltreating him. The grandfather is not always at home so he doesn't monitors the child's development. he is left at the mercy of his grandmum. His mother doesn't care for him, neither his father. They shouldn't have left d boy in the village when both of them are alive. So, i think this child is a product of a broken home. And this is the result.
