FG Set To Receive Another $321 Million Stolen By General Sani Abacha From USA

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the commencement of the repatriation of stolen assets from the United States.

The agreement on the repatriation of looted funds is expected to be signed next week while the looted assets of $321 million allegedly belonging to late General Sani Abacha are also expected to be repatriated from Island of Jersey.

Briefing State House correspondents after the FEC meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari at the Council Chamber, Presidential Villa, Abuja, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami said that other assets to be repatriated include that of former Minister for Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, Kolawole Aluko and James Ibori, who was governor of Delta State from 1999 to 2007 put at €6.6 million.

Pls any country that see abacha looted fund,should not return it to nigeria goverment,because is a waste to us as nigerians.WE DONT KNOW WERE THE MONEY GOSE,THE SHOULD JUST GIVE IT TO HIS WIDOW,BECAUSE SHE MAY BE MORE INPORTAND THAN THE NIGERIA GOV TO SOME INDIVIDAUL

We are yet to see how the fund recovered so far has been utilized. We are less than 200 million in population in Nigeria. A mere $1 million dollars out of the loot would have handed N1 million to each individual with change remaining. Schools are ill equipped, hospitals are empty with demoralized health workers, no stable electricity, no creation of new jobs, no good road, water and security....these millions would have updated infrastructures at the grass root levels, pay social security and free medical care to our elderly, send our children to free education schools up to secondary school but...but....but it will not be because anyone who finally have a little authority in position, power and money end up stealing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
