Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was spotted preparing to leave Awe community of Nasarawa State, where he was banished to after being dethroned by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State.
Recall that Justice Anwuili Chikere of the Federal High Court in Abuja ordered the immediate release of the dethroned Emir of Kano from confinement/detention in Awe community in Nasarawa state earlier today March 13. The Judge issued the order after Sanusi filed a lawsuit, challenging his confinement in a two-bedroom apartment in Awe community.
Though where the dethroned monarch is heading to is currently unknown, he will be leaving the Nasarawa community with Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, who paid him a visit earlier today.
