The Nigerian immigration service has told men not taller than 1.65m and women shotter than 1.60m not to bother applying for immigration jobs on the Nigerian immigration board portal. The blanket rule which has been applied by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board will come across to be somewhat discriminatory in nature.

The commission has also included crossed-eye, bow leg, knocked knees (k-legs), flat foot, limb legs and those suffering from obesity on the long list of people who simply should not apply for immigration jobs in Nigeria because they will not be considered for the job.

The NYSC has also been made a mandatory requirements from ranks on the level and above the superintendent rank.

What do you think of this new discriminatory rule?
