The video below shows the moment a Man who was arrested for defying lockdown offers in Ghana due to the Pandemic situation slapped the Soldier punishing him after being flogged for refusing punishment.

The Soldier however in retaliation tried to shoot the man who slapped him for breaking lockdown order as he escaped, he also gave him a hot chase.
