We have obtained a purpoted video of Enugu State Governor, Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi AKA Gburugburu celebrating his birthday in a parked office in a fashion that is very similar to that which Funke Akindele had for her husband's house party which has attracted the outcry from various people in Nigeria.
