Controversial Nollywood actor, Uche Maduagwu has written an open letter to the Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu, urging him to release N25,000 to Lagosians if he intends to extend the lockdown in the state.

According to the actor, the only thing worse than the novel disease in Lagos right now is hunger.
He wrote:

“Dear Governor #Babajidesanwoolu, the only thing worse than Coronavirus in Lagos right now is HUNGER…

“I am an #Igbo man who knows #history, hunger is what ended the fighting spirits of Igbos during the civil war, so nobody should lecture me, ✏️it is laughable for us to follow #UK, #Italy or #Spain in doing lockdown without the necessary palliative for the masses

Easy to say but difficult to implement. Nigeria don't have that system and people.
Common food, some people in charge are still collecting money from people before sharing and some hijack them for their own personal gain and use.

Every opportunities were use by Nigerian to corrupt the nation....Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria.
Everything sincerely is not blame on government but the people also

These monies and food items being shared should be for people who dont have a means of livelihood and will find it really hard to survive in this trying period...Please receive sense and don't go and drag food meant for the poor if God has blessed u.

Clever 'mumu' man. Na Lagos State invoked the lockdown, carry your case to the Rock in Abuja.
