Ubi Franklin is a known and very notorious womanizer and his former staff, Nicola Siyo was very much aware of this and infact she also knew he had at least two children from two different women when she started a relationship with him despite being his employee at the instant apartment venture. Her pain got compounded when Ubi Franklin tried to wish her a happy birthday publicly on instagram, despite knowing all the pain he had caused her! a classic sign of a womanizer and an emotional manipulator. Ubi got the reaction he wanted from Nicola as she lambasted him and called him an "Instagram daddy of the decade".
