As the COVID-19 crisis unfolds around the world, governments are calling for people to stay at home. Here’s how to stay connected and make the most of your time inside
This time finds many of us settling into new work-from-home environments. For those missing the background noise of outside life and looking for something productive to do while staying at home, consider tuning into these self-care, business and trending tips.

1. Video call all your friends at once using the Houseparty app. Your loved ones will value your check-ins.

2. Have a mindful morning. Clear your mind, take a breath and practice mindfulness with a meditation app. And zen.

3. Make your home a sanctuary. Surround yourself with quirky things that inspire you.

4.  Read that book! On our list is The Lean Startup: How Constant Innovation Creates Radically Successful Businesses, By Eric Ries

5. It’s time for a digital detox. Unfollow the accounts that don’t bring value to your life.

6. Wake up, stretch and create a routine that includes physical activity.

7. Get stuck into a new podcast, make a playlist. We’re enjoying Exponential View: learn how AI and other exponential technologies are transforming business and society.

8. Create a journal of your thoughts. Your future self will thank you for it.

9.  Binge-watch a new series with your friends using Netflix Party.

10.  Take a remote trip to space. NASA made its media library public. That’s right!

11.  Show self-care with a little pamper session. Make it a ritual to show yourself a little love.

12. Learn new skills. Invest in you and prepare for what’s next with an American university born online.

Whether it’s spending (face)time with your friends or discovering a new podcast, make the most of staying at home. This blog post was brought to you by Nexford, an American online university.

Wow, I thought I have nothing to do at home except playing video games. I really missed going outside. I had a lot of things to do before lockdown. Considering that I am a remote worker, I prefer to work in different places. I can go to a local cafe or a park. Also, I loved visiting the gym every day. The training was a part of my life, and this was really strange for me to train without any machines. So, the first thing I did during the lockdown is changing everything in my house. I've read on NicerAbode many tips on doing this, and now my house looks great. So, I should try this list as well; it should be nice.

We all know the feeling. You wake up on a beautiful day, the sun is shining, and there's not a cloud in the sky. You want to go outside and enjoy the weather, but you just can't seem to bring yourself to do it. Maybe you're feeling a little under the weather, or maybe you're just feeling lazy. Whatever the reason, there's just something about the great indoors that keeps you from venturing outside.

But just because you're staying inside doesn't mean you have to be bored. There are plenty of things to do indoors that can be just as fun as being outdoors. Here's your ultimate guide to the great indoors:

1. Get active. Just because you're inside doesn't mean you have to be inactive. There are plenty of ways to get your heart rate up without going outside. You can take a brisk walk around your house, do some jumping jacks or push-ups, or even try a fitness video game.

2. Unplug. One of the best things about being indoors is that you can finally unplug from technology. Take this opportunity to disconnect from your electronic devices and enjoy some quality time with yourself or with others. Read a book, play a board game, or just sit and chat.

3. Get creative. Use your time indoors to tap into your creative side. Whether you like to paint, write, or craft, there's no better time to let your creativity shine.

4. Get organized. Use this time to declutter and organize your space. You'll feel better and more productive in a clean and organized environment.

5. Learn something new. Use this time to learn a new skill or expand your knowledge. You can take an online course, read a book, or even teach yourself a new language.

6. Connect with loved ones. Spending time indoors is a great Rockwool RWA45 50mm opportunity to connect with loved ones. Whether you're catching up on the phone, writing a letter, or just spending time together, you'll cherish this time spent together.

7. Make a difference. Use your time indoors to make a difference in your community. You can volunteer for a local organization, donate to a worthy cause, or even just help out a neighbor.

8. Relax. Finally, don't forget to relax. This is your time to do whatever you want, so make sure you take some time for yourself. Take a bubble bath, watch your favorite movie, or just take a nap.

Whatever you do, make the most of your time indoors. It's your chance to recharge, relax, and enjoy your own company.
