African parents are known to show love towards their kids in some of the most unconventional ways, this is what people mostly call "Tough Love", which usually comes in the form of beating and scolding. A young boy who refused to attend the exam hall for his all his examinations aside the music exams has seen the other side of his father after the father paid $21K in tuition fees. The understandably angry dad took out his anger on the son and went on him with all he had, he raged at him for over 20 minutes explaining how he sacrificed all he had just to come up with the tuition fees and other important sacrifices he made in time and efforts to satisfy the requirement of his very expensive school at the American International School of Lusaka, Zambia. Here is a footage of how it all went down:

Why is the woman shouting don't beat him like that? sometimes mothers encourage such things in the name of mummy children. I f the man did not send him  to that school, the same will open her and address the man, is it your mate that is  sending their children to that school. Now the man wanted good for the boy and he messed up, the woman should have supported the man in scolding the boy for him to the gravity of his failure. The boy will now presume his father does not like him since the mum is on his side.  Scolding is part of African culture particularly when it involves ones future. The man wants the best from his children, tomorrow is pregnant, and he would not like the children to suffer. The said boy really disappointed the man and it is quite disheartening.

WHEN I WAS YOUNG, TO COLLECT SCHOOL FEES FROM MY FATHER, I HAD TO INFORM HIM TWO WEEKS AHEAD WITH NO GUARANTEE THAT THE MONEY WOULD BE GIVEN TO ME. IMAGINE. 21K GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. HE IS A SON WHO APPRECIATE NOTHING. COMPLETELY UNGRATEFUL CHILD
