Gistmania sighted gates being installed at choba bridge and another gate at the boundry of eneka and Igwuruta alond the dual carriage highway.

The special part is the gates being installed By welders are permanent as there are no hinges or provision for padlock but total welding all round. This is being done to contain what the governor believes is a possible rise in covid19 cases in the two local governments.
