That is great news for Nigeria and I am very happy for them that they will help the Nigeria Customs Service. It is really nice when the goverment helps other departments to evolve. I work with a guy from Nigeria at https://www.generationix.com/ and he is a really nice guy and as he told me there are a lot of smart IT guys in Nigeria and also he told me that Nigeria is becoming more and more developed in IT year by year and soon there will be a lot of IT specialist from Nigeria. I wish I will come to visit Nigeria with my friend as I am very interested in the culture and hope when I visit it will be a lot of IT companies there.
