Governor Badaru Abubakar of Jigawa State has reacted bitterly over the rape of a 12-year-old girl by 11 men in the state.
Badaru said the state government will ensure that perpetrators of the act were prosecuted.
11 men have been arrested for the alleged rape of a minor in Jigawa State.
He said his administration is not joking with anything that would lead to the violation of children and women rights.
