See The Pedestrian Bridge Commissioned by Hon Wahab Kazeem As Constituent Project in Oyo

Akorede LCDA Caretaker Chairman, Hon Wahab Kazeem LASKAZ, has commissioned the newly built pedestrian bridge at Boluwaji-Oke Suna area of the LCDA.

Hon Kazeem who spoke at the commissioning of the project executed by Boluwaji-Oke Suna Residents Association in the Akorede LCDA, commended the association for raising funds to execute the project. He praised the association leadership for its contributions towards community development and quality life
improvement of the people of the area.

Hon Kazeem, said the project executed by the association is in line with his administration’s drive towards the rebuilding and renewal of Akorede LCDA. He called on individuals, groups, organizations and private institutions to emulate the gesture, as a means of expediting the revamp of infrastructure in all parts of Akorede LCDA.



“What Boluwaji-Oke Suna Residents Association have done is epochal and keys into the overall drive of the Akorede LCDA under my leadership towards the renewal of infrastructure all over Akorede LCDA. It is considered view that if all other groups , associations and private organizations in the LCDA, provide similar support to the government, a lot will be achieved and in a very short time in improving the quality of infrastructure in our LCDA,” the Caretaker Chairman stated.

Earlier in his welcome speech, the Chairman of Boluwaji-Oke Suna Residents Association, Mr Abiodun Oyesola, said is deeply concerned about the comfort of the people of his community and environs, hence its decision to embark on the project.

Mr Abiodun acknowledged the giant stride Akorede LCDA under the leadership of Hon Kazeem has made in infrastructure development and urban renewal, said the project is envisioned to support the LCDA towards the development of the area. Added that what the association have done is only a token of support in the drive to ensure there is a collective contribution towards the collective aspiration of the people of the LCDA.

IF ALL POLITICIANS CAN BUILD SUCH BASES ON THEIR CATEGORIES IN THIS COUNTRY. I THINK THERE WILL NOT BE SHORTAGE OF BRIDGES IN THE COMMUNITY.
