A South African man, Faku Mpolweni has taken to social media to reveal that his fiancee decided to call of their engagement after eight years.

Mpolweni who was disappointed, in a post made via his Twitter account on Saturday, August 15, lamented over how his fiancee returned the engagement ring after dating for eight years.

While sharing the news, he also stated that women should never be trusted. In his words;


“She returned my ring Ring today after 8years of engagement yonke. Never trust women.”


Social media users were not too pleased with his decision to keep her tied down for eight years without making a move to tie the knot, hence, many reacted via his comment section.

You must be a hopeless animal. Keeping a lady for 8 years as sex toy in the name of engagement, knowing that age is not on her side, and you want her to keep hoping upon hope. Obviously, you don't have any plan for the lady. It is good she took a wise decision as your mu-mu- don do.
