The Defence Headquarters on Friday said the Air Component of Operation Thunder Strike destroyed bandits’ meeting venue in Kwaimbana Forest area of Kaduna State.

Several bandits were killed in the incident, which occurred on Thursday.

The Coordinator, Defence Media Operations, Maj.-Gen. Enenche said the Air Component dispatched Nigerian Air Force (NAF) jets and helicopter gunships to attack the location accordingly to engage them.
