Apart from his criticism of the Nigerian government, one thing former President Olusegun Obasanjo is known for is his sense of humour.

If Obj (as fondly called) is not clearing his throat to avoid a question, he shows his dancing skills on arrival at a party venue or takes over the microphone and declare himself the master of ceremonies.

He brought the mood to the fore again on Friday in Akure, the capital of Ondo State.

Obasanjo visited Yoruba leader, Reuben Fasoranti, in his home.

The Afenifere top chieftain clocked 95 and the ex-Nigerian leader paid a homage.

But he chose to sit on bare floor, ignoring the chairs in the living room.

The Owu-born retired military General showered praises on Fasoranti as he chatted with everyone.
Obasanjo and other prominent Nigerians attended the launch of an autobiography in honour of the nonagenarian.

Present were Ondo Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, Ekiti Governor, Kayode Fayemi, Osun Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Ondo, Eyitayo Jegede among others.
