I visited someone who 16yrs ago was HOD of my department. He told me the story below of what happened in PH sometime ago and am curious to know what your reactions will be:
A certain man who's been married for years with 3kids returned home after the day's work to find a younger guy making love with his wife on their matrimonial bed, in his house. Shocked, he screamed and slumped to the ground, pained, defeated, routed, anguished. Of course, the agile, young man got away via the window while neighbours, who had been attracted by his cry gathered asking what had happened.
When he recollected himself, he queried why the neighbours had come around and if he could not cry in his own house if he wished. Finally, he called his wife, dusted her shoulder and asked her never to do it again. The woman broke down into tears, pleading; and with this, they reconciled.

the impact of that story that I heard last Friday still makes me shudder... I have great respect for this man in the story. If not for the integrity of the person who told the story, I would have treated it as a mere fable

maybe, but I was not told that. My submissions are: 1. the man, having stayed with her for some time may have gotten used to her and her idiosyncrasies. The thought of starting all over, and with the children too. Which new woman will come in and not have a weakness? 2. it may be a first time in a long loving relationship which he undoubtedly had enjoyed 3. it is possible that he may have some weakness in his libido that made the woman do that, and admitting his own issues, decided to let go...

May he pushed her to the wall,maybe he ignored her.Maybe he cheated on her,so many things.I mean its not possible for a man to just forgive so easily.

Maybe the man cant father a child and he knew his wife has been cheating to get them the 3 kids..........only this time he came in the heat of the action..........
Or maybe there is a dark secret between them which actually cant favour that man........
I dont know ooo........but am surprised at the man's action.........

honestly i don't pray so bt if it does happen no 2nd chance 4 her..nt even in my nxt life..hw wuld i feel seeing sum1 i called my wife everyday nd flash back 2 wot she did..naah dat ain't gonna b possible.. NO MORE TRUST AGAIN
