Police Arresting Protesters At #RevolutionNow March For October 1st Independence Day

No less than 30 protesters representing the #RevolutionNow movement have been arrested by the Nigerian police along the Ojota - Maryland way in Lagos. The RevolutionNow group have planned the protest on the Nigeria's independence day, October 1st but the police have warned that any gathering will be disbanded and broken down. The situation has now resulted in over 60 protesters being arrested in Lagos.

The story is still developing and we are not yet aware of any other arrest in other states as speculated on social media, Gistmania will bring you more updates as of when they are available.
