A short video of Nigerian police using water cannon on peaceful protesters in Abuja, has sparked outrage on social media.

Nigerians have been coming out in their numbers to protest against the brutality of SARS/police officers in the country.

After days of angry protests, Inspector General of Police Mohammed Adamu said in a statement on Sunday SARS has been dissolved, adding that all SARS officers would be redeployed to other police units.
