Nigerian singer, Oxlade was injured during the ongoing protest against the extrajudicial activities of the now-defunct Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in Surulere, Lagos State.

It was reported that there is an ongoing #EndSARS protest across the country against the SARS tactical unit of the Nigerian Police Force over brutality, illegal arrest, extortion, extra-judicial killings, among others.

Oxlade who had gone to the protest in Surelere on Thursday, announced that he was injured by a stray bullet and that his manager, Ojah B, was being arrested and tortured by the Nigerian police.

Kudos to Buhari Government for listening to the voice of decent protesters by dissolving the of SARS unit for real. Meanwhile, why are they still on the street?. I now know that these protesters agenda isn't what it meant to be. Anyway, Nigeria is here to stay FOREVER whether these domestic terrorist like our co-existence or not.
