Former Lagos state governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has come out to address rumours that he has travelled out of the country to France and the UK. Tinubu noted that he remains the "Asiwaju" of Lagos and also the Jagaban, hence he cannot leave Lagos to any other place. He briefed members of the press following a visit to the governor of Lagos, Babajide Sanwo-Olu to discuss the recent incidences that happened in Lagos state and particularly the Lekki protest and massacre, to which he questioned the intention of the protesters and insisted that the casualties that survived needs to be questioned.
