SAD PHOTOS: Man Beaten & Almost Killed By Soldiers Who Mistook Him For Another In Rivers

A Nigerian man had a near death experience and only lucky to have survived, after he was allegedly brutalized and allegedly almost shot by soldiers in Oyigbo, Rivers state.

In the bid to enforce order in the Oyigbo area of River state, a curfew was imposed and soldiers have been guarding the area.

However, a Nigerian man was allegedly beaten up by soldiers after they mistook him for someone else.

The young man was saved by another soldier who intervened and told his colleagues they had mistaken him for someone else.

A Facebook user who claimed to be the victim’s pastor, has taken to the platform to give a detailed account of what transpired.

According to the pastor identified as Chigozie Nosiri, the victim was at Oyigbo to buy something before he was mistaken for someone else.

He wrote,




GOD OF ROYAL KINGS HAS DONE IT AGAIN.

My member could have been shout by the army in oyigbo. But God saved him, after beaten by army about to shout him the commander said stop. we mistake him for someone ealse. Pls let us pray for his recovery. On there street to buy something, oyigbo army took him.

Let him go apply for asylum in another country with these pictures.....Nigeria is not where normal people stays any longer, he should get a lawyer and sue Nigeria Army, this is not about 'thank god for his life!' Enough of these!
