A US-based Nigerian lawyer known as Moe Odele has reportedly been prevented from traveling out of Nigeria by immigration officials as she got her passport seized at the airport.
Moe, popularly known as @Mochievous on micro-blogging platform, Twitter, was a pivotal part of the #EndSARS protests which rocked the nation over two weeks ago.
Using her expertise and contacts at her disposal, the international attorney helped secure the release of protesters who were arrested and detained in police stations during the protest.
She was hailed by many for her immense contribution to the movement which lasted for a two-week period.
However, as at Monday night of November 2nd, friends close to her took to social media to reveal that she has been prevented from flying out of the country and her passport had been seized.
