Speaker HOR, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila Visits Family Of Vendor Shot By His Security Aide (Photos)

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Saturday visited the family of the slain newspaper vendor, Ifeanyi Okereke, who was shot by his security detail.

In the speaker’s entourage were the spokesperson of the house, Benjamin Kalu, and some aides.

Mr Gbajabiamila condoled with the wife and family of the late vendor at Kwata village, Madalla-Suleja, Niger State.

Also at the home of the deceased were members of the Association of Newspapers Distributors led by their president, Benjamin Obute.

GISTMANIA had reported how the SSS operative shot at a newspaper vendor close to the National Assembly.

What a world, there was a man who chose to sell news paper to feed his family, he has right like every other Nigeria to join Bandit , arm robbery or kidnappers but chose to live upright despite his small financial returns. Now his baby is denied the liberty to know his or her father, his wife is left a widow, his mum is left childless as result of a cruel behavior from a fellow country man.
